Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ordify ("we", "us") governing your use of ordify.site and the storefront-generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at hello@ordify.site if you suspect unauthorized use.

One person or legal entity per account. You may not share account credentials.

New accounts receive a trial license. Paid plans are billed in advance through LemonSqueezy on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your storefront remains active until then.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Failed payments may result in your storefront being taken offline until the balance is resolved.

You retain all rights to the content you publish through your connected Google Sheet (products, images, business info — "Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, cache, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy, legality, and any rights or licences required for the images and text you use.

You may not use the Service to: (a) sell illegal goods or services; (b) infringe intellectual-property rights; (c) publish sexually explicit, hateful, or harassing content; (d) impersonate others; (e) send spam or unsolicited messages; (f) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service; (g) scrape or resell the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Ordify is a tool that helps customers contact you on WhatsApp with a pre-filled order message. We are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers. We do not handle payments, deliveries, refunds, or disputes.

You are responsible for fulfilling orders, complying with consumer-protection laws, and resolving any disputes with your customers.

The Service integrates with Google Sheets, Google OAuth, WhatsApp, and LemonSqueezy. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services that affect the Service.

Ordify, its logo, design, code, and documentation are our property and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond the right to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

On termination, your storefront will be taken offline and your data deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms — material changes will be notified by email or via a banner on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
